- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Purchasing a Pergola from this Stratco....worst decision we ever made!
We ordered and Paid in Full at the beginning of January with a promise of 2 weeks delivery time 6 weeks later we still have not recieved anything. After numerous phone calls they still have NO details of our order. The staff member who sold it to us took no action on our order and if we hadnt have contacted them i guess they would have just made a $3500 bonus for themselves.
If your staff member made a mistake with a customer wouldnt you just admit you have made a mistake and take the appropriate action to fix the situation as quickly as possible? Apparently not.
I dont really care about you chasing up what happened, i just want the pergola i just paid for weeks ago.
How can a national company with Point of Sale systems in place LOSE all record of a Quote and an order for a Pergola? 1 hour in store ordering it & drawing plans & choosing colours he must have just been pretending to type?
